Discs & Tillage Hire

AMTEC Hire supplies discs and tillage equipment for stubble cultivation, residue management, seedbed preparation and a wide range of soil cultivation tasks.

Our hire fleet includes equipment suitable for different cultivation systems and working depths, allowing farms and contractors to bring in additional machinery when conditions, cropping plans or seasonal workloads require it. Disc cultivators can be particularly effective for cutting and mixing crop residues, encouraging volunteers and creating a stale seedbed following harvest.

Cultivation equipment also has applications outside conventional agriculture. Heavy-duty discs and other tillage machinery can be used for land remediation, site preparation, vegetation incorporation and reinstatement where ground needs to be broken up, mixed or prepared for subsequent operations.

Hiring provides the flexibility to use different cultivation equipment according to the job rather than being limited to machinery permanently owned by the business.

AMTEC offers short and longer-term hire with nationwide delivery and collection. Our team can help identify suitable machinery based on your tractor, soil conditions, required working depth and intended application.
